::It's disgusting what's going on in this store. On December 27th I dropped off a package that I didn't frank online because I was unsure whether it would still pass as an M package or not. You would think that it would be better to go to the branch and then it would certainly be done correctly. Unfortunately that wasn't the case and the package was returned. So in the new year I went there again and wanted the package to be stamped correctly, after all the mistake was at the branch. The operator's solution was initially that I had to pay again or pay the difference. However, since I had already asked at the time whether the package would fit in size, I was not prepared to do so. After all, I would have packed it smaller on December 27th if I had been told it was too big. I then suggested that I package it smaller and asked for a box. The operator, whose name I know but don't mention, replied that she had neither boxes nor adhesive tape... A post office without boxes and tape... crazy... Mind you...I had my 12 week old baby with me, who was screaming...but that didn't bother the woman. I then started making the box smaller and asked again for tape. The answer I got was that she didn't have any tape...only for sale... So I just bought duct tape...my baby was still crying... I then had to hear that it was ultimately my fault, I could have found out more on the internet... Here's a greeting to all older people without internet...you need to inform yourself...please don't rely on the lady to do her job (end of sarcasm)... Long story short... The lady was very unfriendly... at first she couldn't find a solution and wanted more money, but when the store was full she was able to take off the wrong labels... then she had no box and no adhesive tape... not even a cutting knife. ..however, I discovered this and pointed out to them that the equipment was available... there was no apology for the incorrect labeling and the fact that my child was screaming didn't prompt them to help. I hope the employer reads this and trains her or suggests a job without customer contact. Unfortunately you have to give a star in order to be able to submit the review. 0 stars would be more appropriate
