Packages disappear (not an isolated case) and when you ask in the branch, as the tracking shows “delivery to the branch by sender”, an employee tells you “The driver took everything with him, but if you don’t believe that, take a look yourself “. Absolute impudence. Even if the disappearance of the packages is not the fault of the branch or the employees there, they can definitely respond in a more friendly manner to a legitimate inquiry.
