  It's fine for sending letters, but as soon as a bit of expertise is needed, you should look for another branch. Both the lady and the gentleman obviously don't enjoy their jobs and are unhelpful. If in doubt, each package is a bulky item and should cost around €30. The same package can then be sent as standard to the nearest Deutsche Post branch...

  The employees are always very friendly and accommodating, you can also pay small amounts with your card and the girls are also very quick so you don't have to wait long even with larger volumes of customers. Very good branch 👍🏻
