::A nice post office with very nice staff. Almost friendly. I go here regularly and always receive professional advice. The employees always have a smile for the customers. I will gladly come again.

::I will never buy anything here again. The young man who works there was very rude to a customer in front of me. She should decide quickly because he still has something else to do. I then had a return. I received the goods in a bag and so I returned them. But he wanted to sell me a box. Either he has little idea or wants to earn other money. He also charged too much postage. I also don't know if it's customer-friendly to play loud techno music there. Neighbors are also annoyed by the disco. Word of the poor service is already spreading in the village.

::I found the opening times as a combination of shop and small post office (until 6 p.m.) very backwoods. Now only being open until 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on Fridays makes it impossible for me as a normal working person to manage that. It's a shame, everyone was always nice. Maybe ok for pensioners. no longer feasible for me. Bye...

::I always go here and everyone here is super nice. Today, even though it was closed due to illness, the owner kindly opened it again for me. The atmosphere there was incredible. Relaxed music was playing and the owner was super personable and relaxed. I think negative reviews result from the motto, like calling into the forest.... I still enjoy going here, some branches can follow this as an example.

::So the employee today January 8th, 2024 10:30 was absolutely rude, arrogant and cheeky. Although there was still little to do. I read to a lady because I still had a question. I looked for the GLS shop. The young guy then said: If he didn't know, it would be better to do everything through the post office anyway. That would be his business and beneficial to him. The guy had zero empathy for my plight. He also probably didn't understand the principles of the free market economy at all. It still insults me as a 60-year-old customer where I have been delivering my mail for over 20 years, and as a businessman I often send registered mail, etc. I used to know many of the employees there personally. They have definitely lost me as a customer now. I'd rather drive in the city or preferably here in Schmachtendorf. The store in Hiesfeld will be boycotted starting today. Totally the own goal. It's bad how many stupid employees there are. The competition like UPS, Hermes and GLS showed more humanity: I had the fun of asking everyone about the post office and EVERYONE was happy to provide information. Apart from that, I can only advise against GLS. But sometimes I have to accept it.
