::Please close. Better to pick it up somewhere else. Because the opening times are better for everyone. Times up to 12 noon in the week are very bad before a weekend. Close urgently.

::Unfortunately, the actual opening times are not indicated on the collection card for parcels. Which is very annoying !! I have now stood in front of the locked door twice, even though the branch should be open according to the opening times on the collection card.
