  Was there this morning to send a neatly packaged package, it was not accepted that it was supposedly bulky (which it is definitely not) Then had to drive to the next post office in Dinslaken, which accepted it as a parcel without any flaws. To the employee who worked there this morning: if you don't feel like doing your job, you should look for someone else. Another younger lady who also works there, on the other hand, is fully competent and also works professionally correctly. The colleagues in Dinslaken are also always correct and do not calculate incorrect prices. I think that's really outrageous that people are treated like that here. Many have to accept it because they may not be mobile and then spend a lot of money on additional cardboard waste. VERY ECONOMICAL ..... NOT ... from now on I look directly who is on shift ... with best regards, the friendly and objective customer of this morning.

  The post office on Friedrichsfeld's market square is very small and clearly laid out. There are post office boxes that you can rent there, you can send mail and hand in parcels there 😊 Personally, I think it's nice there because the ladies at the counter are also very nice and helpful. Yes, there are only 2 counters and sometimes you have to wait due to Corona but ...... I like to wait there.

  Was there today to exchange a bag of laundry. I was told that you should not accept it, but only as a return and that your measurements have to be exactly right. Met a postman on the way who kindly took it with him without any problems. Had taken the original packaging ...
