  friendly employees. Even when there's more going on, things still move along quickly. Good opening times and accessibility. Enough parking spaces available.

  I go there often to pick up or send my packages. I always receive very friendly service. The store is very nice and you feel very comfortable there. You can also buy flowers there. Parking spaces are right in front of the door. Great branch. I really like going there.

  This branch is always staffed with competent employees. The opening times are very child-friendly. If stamps are not available in large quantities, the customer will be provided with the goods they want the next day thanks to a great service. We just go to this post office

  I wanted to drop off a package at the post office but was greeted very unfriendly by a gray-haired lady with glasses. She pointed out to me in a rude tone that my package corresponded to the number of kilos but not to the size. The tone then became a little rougher when she said it could be franked differently for an additional charge, but unfortunately this is not possible with card payment. Strangely enough, however, it was possible to deliver this package to another post office in Bodenheim without any complaints. Maybe you should consider training the staff again on customer friendliness.
