::Now I remember why I usually have everything sent to the packing station. Unfortunately, the post office didn't ring, as it so often does, and brought our packages to the branch. Left work early yesterday to pick up the packages. Closed contrary to opening hours. Rather gone today: closed. The email comes that a package will soon be returned. Nice, but we don't get the packages! Made two negative hours for nothing. Please provide information that you can start with! Not just "closed" although you keep an eye on the official opening times! It would also be nice to have information about when it's open until when if you can't rely on the opening times! I'm starting to really like it somewhere else. There are reasons why I don't want something to be brought into the branch. Nothing but problems when that happens. Hassle that you really don't need. The branch can't do anything about that now, but we didn't have any cards in our mailbox that the packages were going there, which is why the things have been there for a few days and will soon be returned. And then you can't get to your things. Great.

::One letter was exactly 1/2 gram too heavy and additional postage of 1 euro was required. I've never experienced anything so petty. I then put the letter in the mailbox in front of the door and it arrived perfectly. Address labels must be filled out as desired. Forms that are on display will not be accepted.

::I actually really liked the branch, there were waiting times every now and then, but that's the case everywhere now. However, the new opening times are a really bad joke. The parcels are delivered from morning to midday, so if you are not at home you have to go to the branch in the afternoon/evening. But this branch decided to close completely for two days and only open in the morning for another two days. What's this nonsense? If you only want to do a 4-day one, okay, but then don't close in the afternoon on the remaining days...

::Long waiting times, customer-unfriendly opening times, employees often seem overwhelmed while the furniture store employees stand there chatting away! I avoid this branch unless there is no other option!
