::BEWARE FRAUD!!! HANDS OFF!!! I wouldn't make such a statement if I didn't have watertight evidence for it. The branch in Kiedrich demands money for services that are not fulfilled. Instead of finding a solution, the branch stays out of it and blames it on the other person. I was in the branch in Eltville at the train station, and she was there, everything worked wonderfully and easily. The man said it was a goodwill thing, but it could be done. That's why I conclude that Kiedrich simply didn't want to help. Disgusting dirty shop. You pay for services that are not fulfilled. If you want to complain about it, they won't stand by it and say it's the other person's fault. I would prefer not to give a star. BEWARE RIP-OFFERS!

::Super friendly and very competent employees. I'm glad that we have such a beautiful post office in our town where you can still browse for flowers and plants. I always feel very well looked after. :)

::The run-up to Christmas will be a lot nicer thanks to the local post office. Friendly and competent service, usually short waiting times and parking spaces in front of the door. And I usually find nice gifts as sweets in the flower shop.

::I find the waiting times very pleasant. Even if there are two or three customers in front of you, you can still take a look around. The staff are friendly and helpful. Of course, there are also moments where the employees may appear stressed or, to one or another, unfriendly, but that can happen sometimes. At least in my eyes.
