::April 16, 2022 Great, you want to pick up your package and then there's a note on the door saying it's closed today. If you decide to run a post office, then you should stick to the regular opening hours and not just close the store over the holidays because it's so nice, the customers have a right to be able to pick up their packages like on the other hand Collection slip provided.

::This place doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely unfriendly and doesn't stick to opening hours!!!! My parcel label says pickup from Saturday 9:00 a.m. Nobody to be found in the store. The only thing the bakery saleswoman says is "there's no one at the post office today, there's a note hanging out there." Then called the headquarters and they didn't know anything about the closure!!! Absolute impudence. The package is important and now you can't get it because she's too lazy to work!!! Simply unprofessional. If we all did that, things would look very bleak in Germany.
