::I come to the branch at exactly 12.30 p.m. on Saturday to pick up a parcel, a customer was waiting at the counter, when the employee came from behind, she said the post office was closed to me, I said I wanted to pick up the parcel, I got the answer anyway would already be closed, but the door was still open, I also told the employee that she should please keep the door closed. I asked again to hand over the parcel, which the nice employee refused to give me. Closed would be closed! I had to leave the post office without a package, the customer present also shook her head at the employee's behavior, which didn't bother her. If you take this as work ethic, then this employee would at least have to be warned and dismissed if repeated! Thanks for this friendly service!
