::After I was "received" with a loud sigh this morning, the lady at the counter told me in exasperation that she couldn't accept my package because it was wrapped in foil (especially for packaging) to seal it. You would have to record it as bulky goods and that would cost me an additional charge of 26 euros. I then drove to the next branch, where my package was accepted without hesitation. I don't understand why you have to make it so difficult for people.
