  Was there on Tuesday, the staff is very, very nice and they helped me a lot. From now on I will always bring my packages there.

  Zero stars from me. I just wanted to drop off two packages, but at 11:57 a.m. the door was already locked and no one was in sight. I knocked and then someone actually opened the door. Without a word and with a stone-faced expression, the employee took my packages from me, scanned them and handed me the receipt. Then I was sort of pushed out of the store. I am very shocked by such an unfriendly manner!!!

  The only positive thing is that there is still a private post office in this town for letters and parcels, where Postbank customers can also deposit or withdraw money. But that was it and enough for the 2 stars… The staff is absolutely unfriendly, grumpy and even the owner is annoyed at having to work behind the counter. It's not surprising that there are always public searches for staff.

  It's a shame there aren't zero stars. 3 packages were delivered at different times and all 3 are still in the branch according to the shipment status. You can't expect help, the owner is just in a bad mood and seems stupid, the blonde employee only insults you because you as a customer want help. But he himself is apparently not in a position to want to help. The only answer is, assumption, we are not responsible for anything else. Where are the nice employees who used to work there, but no wonder given the owner. I will no longer enter this post office and will send my packages with another service provider. Such an impossible behavior is a disgrace for Deutsche Post.
