::I had a collection note in the mailbox yesterday. According to the tracking number, the package can be picked up at the branch. I went to the branch the next day and was told it wasn't there yet. I was told that the driver would come at lunchtime and I should come back at 3 p.m. Back at the branch at around 3:30 p.m. my colleague tells me the package hasn't arrived yet. What does that mean that the driver takes the undelivered packages for a walk? The employee confirmed this with a yes. According to the DHL U. service telephone, undelivered shipments will be left at the branch in the evening and therefore the package should be in the branch. I wasn't alone in feeling this way. I'll go back to the branch tomorrow and if my package isn't there I'll take other steps.

::Its all time close. Even on internet and on shop working timings are same but when ever i visit, its close without any reason.
