::I rate the post office/DHL station. Couldn't post a package that had already been paid for online because, according to the store employee, it wasn't possible to have the package stamp printed there. Of course I had the shipment information with the QR code and the PDF with me. The DHL website says: “Now frank your parcels conveniently online and have the parcel stamp printed out in the branch!” and “No printer necessary!” The fact that a service that has already been paid for is not available is more than unfortunate. But then become rude and explain that we should have printed it out ourselves...

::In my opinion, anyone who has the opportunity to deliver and receive their mail somewhere else should definitely do so! Not only do you constantly have to pay extra here (because there is pure incompetence behind the counter), no, something is also constantly being claimed here that is not true. To give a few examples: If you want to send a letter that already has a sufficient stamp on it, you should make sure that the postage is not calculated again and then stuck over the valid stamp (or what happens to the duplicate stamps??). Unfortunately, this happened to us 4 to 5 times here due to carelessness! Another example: If you want to send a normal package, they say that you have to stick it this way and that, otherwise it would have to be sent as bulky goods next time?!?! Then for a cheap 25 euros. This is a 35 cm x 20 cm package that was sealed normally! Regardless of the fact that a little bit of adhesive tape, if it doesn't satisfy the incompetence behind the counter, will cost a fortune or the shipment will not be accepted. We will now look for a competent service provider who will certainly also be cheaper.
