::Since I am of the opinion that constructive criticism or feedback is always beneficial, I have decided to submit this review. I use this post office service every day for work reasons. A young man has been working there for some time and I have often noticed his behavior towards customers in a negative way. He is often very unfriendly, answers customers' questions rudely and does not understand how to respond to customer requests. I have also experienced that customer questions are answered in a very incomprehensible manner and that in response to the lack of understanding and further probing, the employee sometimes even becomes abusive and portrays the customer as if he were an "idiot". In my opinion, this employee lacks any understanding of how to deal with people/customers. If I didn't have to for professional reasons, I wouldn't go to this branch again.

::The young man with glasses is very unfriendly. Once my aunt was with them and she cried because he was so angry with her. Today I sent a package once and he was rude to me because I said that I wanted to send a package for 1.99 and he said that he heard for the first time for 1.99 and then he said so arrogantly that he had books shipped for 1.95. So I don't know how he got the job.
