::A package was supposed to be delivered to my address but it didn’t. I received a message that package couldn’t be delivered because I was not available at home. I was at home and they didn’t even attempt the delivery. I came here and questioned why it was not delivered. He told “because our driver is new and she doesn’t know the addresses”. My package was big and it’s not easy to carry in public transport. I told him the same and I told “a small package is there inside the actual package. I will collect that and leave the outer box here”. He didn’t agree for that too. Worst customer service. Gonna complain.
