  Best post service, very nice employees before Untill today, another employee and rude attitude with 'some'customers including me, it's always employee thing not the company

  Horrible service when the older white haired woman is working the counter. It happened now already multiple times that we went there after checking the tracking status and it said it’s at the post station, but the woman working isn’t capable of finding the package. I went there on Friday and the woman told me that our package isn’t there even tho the tracking online told us it arrived at her post station 3/4 days prior! Today I went there again and the man that worked the counter told me the package was there since the 9th! (Today ist the 15th). I also encountered already others that faced the same issue. If you face her with the apparent issue she is getting very offensive, loud, mad and aggressive.

  Unfortunately, neither helpful nor service oriented. Customer service is a foreign concept for the Lady with the gray hair. Attitude is terrible. Unsuccessful delivered package is untraceable by them. No further step to solve the mistake by their side is taken. That is the end of it. Package is gone forever 😑 I never stood a chance..

  Useless, standing infront of the door for 20mins not moving. Has always been busy but they got through the people fast, but depending on your luck if you get the wrong person you can be standing there far to long just to pick up a parcel or do a return (couple of mins versus 15 mins) these days one has to calculate with 30-60 mins to simply pick up a parcel..
