    If you get a collection slip from Friday and want to pick up the letter today on a Monday, the woman (shoulder-length dark hair, tall and thin) doesn't even check to see if it's there. Instead she just says, programs from the weekend aren't there yet... It's from Friday... Not from Saturday... Without even looking, just brush it off. Impossible.
