  This branch doesn't work at all... Not only is the branch dirty, but the staff is totally unfriendly and not helpful at all. Questions cannot be answered properly and a hello or good day is also overrated. I'm surprised that this store is still running. The man with the glasses is the absolute crowning glory anyway...unfriendly and disrespectful. The boss should think about the staff there. Finally, the staff is a curtain sign normal in a positive way but unfortunately not there.

  Service definitely looks different. The queue stretches all the way to the door, only one counter is open, while the second employee is busy clearing the room. The shelves with stationery and tobacco are even empty. What's going on there?

  Top branch!!!!! Given the small amounts that the post office/Postbank pays, you dear customers can be happy that someone still does this. Don't write a bad review, complain directly to the board. That's where those responsible are!

  This post shop doesn't even deserve one star. You're constantly trying to pick up your packages and then suddenly it's closed due to illness... Disastrous store!

  I now hate this business and the employees too!!! You go to the post office to pick up your packages, then you can't find it, then you're told it's not there, maybe it'll come tomorrow. Okay, so there again next day, same theater as the day before. Then I'm also insulted and yelled at because people ask questions about how I get my packages. After all, after 3 months they finally found my packages. Never again!!!
