::Totally overwhelmed employees, packages are not handed out even though they are there. The pick-up times for the pieces of paper in the mailbox are not adhered to and you are put off until the next few DAYS. With all my love, this has been going on for a few months and has nothing to do with the Christmas season. Either you take care of a little more staff or you leave the parcel shop alone. The post office will not accept this in the long term.

::They should rent vacation homes for the people in line! 19 again today!!! People in front of me in the post office queue, waited 30 minutes - interestingly enough, the people at the kiosk didn't have to wait "Oh hello Ms. I always have suppliers address another, better-managed branch, but if there is also a parcel delivery person who is unable to read and cannot read the address label... (would give 0 stars if that were possible)
