  a bunch of lazy, unhelpful buffoons. lost 2 packages on 2 separate occasions with electric devices in them, and all you get when you inquire more is snippy, helpless and rude attitude. they’re probably stealing them. i would never ever step in there if only my mailman doesn’t send my packages there. i would rather drive for 2 hours somewhere else to pick them up than deal with these clowns again.

  I went to the post office at 8:30am on a Friday to send a present to my childhood friend who has just given birth. Paid nearly EUR80 for shipping (fine New Zealand is on the other side of the world) and was told that was the cheapest option. The guy was actually helpful and told me to write down the address and contact number. The next day the parcel was sent back to me via DHL and the courier guy said I should go back to the post office. I had to queue up again for 30 min just to get to the counter and the employee (although very nice) told me he wasn’t able to give me a refund, and if I wanted a refund I have to call a DHL number. I told him that I don’t want a refund I want to send the parcel again and he told me to pay again. Why should I pay another EUR80 just to get the parcel back again on Monday morning? Can DHL please streamline your service, this is ridiculous and not acceptable. Update: called DHL this morning and was told that the person at the counter made a mistake. I was told by DHL over the phone that DHL express service is for document only and not for goods. I explicitly asked the person working at this post shop for the cheapest option to New Zealand and was therefore surprised by the EUR 80, I asked him to reconfirm if that was indeed the cheapest option because it doesn’t appear to be cheap and he reaffirmed. So in a nutshell, he gave me wrong advice, charged me EUR80 for a service that DHL could not perform and that he wasn’t entitled to charge and refused to provide me with refund. I, as a poor non-German speaking customer needed to spend more than 1 hour lining up in this shop to send a simple parcel to New Zealand and get a refund that was ultimately refused. Management of this shop: when you see this post, please can you ensure your staff is trained properly in order not to provide wrong advice to customers? Otherwise I’m making a formal complaint to DHL.

  One of the worst and overloaded branches. Lines are eternal. You have to wait up to 30 minutes to send a parcel. It's definitely not the fault of employees, but rather of the neighborhood and extremely high demand.

  Helpful employees, fast service, although it's usually very busy after 17h.

  Very slow to process shipments. When you use this office to receive your packages, take into account one extra waiting day.
