::Ridiculous opening times. Outrageously long waiting times (+30 mins). There are over 10 people in line, and half an hour before the shop closes, the employee says that all new customers should be sent away.

::Worst post office in all of Tübingen. Not to mention the very short opening times, this woman is simply overwhelmed with everything. Customers who are still waiting will be sent away on time when it closes, regardless of whether they have been standing for 30 or 20 minutes.

::Absolute disaster. Total chaos in the shop. Parcels everywhere, no system, no order. The lady searches forever, finds nothing. It takes forever. Opening times until 5:30 p.m. If you get there at 5:00 p.m., you can't answer. I think that should be reported to DHL / Post.
