  Unfriendly staff...... You always have to wait a long time until someone comes and you always have to ring the bell at least three times before anyone comes anyway and when they do arrive you are treated very rudely. The opening times are now stuck on the table in a very unprofessional manner. If I could, I would have preferred not to give a star. Something urgently needs to change there...

  unfriendly, lazy staff. The counter is never manned, you usually have to ring the bell at least three times until an annoyed employee comes after 10 minutes. No opening times advertised and then you are told to come back on Monday/next day. Worst post office I know.

  Consistently unfriendly staff and long waiting times because the counter is not occupied. Opening hours are nowhere to be found, so employees can choose whether it is open or closed. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.

  If you want to experience Germany's service desert, you've come to the right place. Only one person at the counter. Long queue. Then they simply close an hour earlier and the person at the counter is more concerned with stopping customers from queuing than doing their actual job. Parcel trolleys also adjust the positioning area.
