::It's a shame, you're looking forward to an Easter present... according to DHL's announcement, to be picked up on March 30th. from 1 p.m. No problem... googled opening times... until 2 p.m. works. Unfortunately we still found ourselves in front of a locked door. There was a sign saying it was only open until 12pm today :-( With us 2 other disappointed customers.

::I didn't even theoretically have the opportunity to pick up my package. Package will be delivered to the store on January 22, 2024. The branch will be closed from January 23, 2024 to January 30, 2024. According to the telephone parcel service, the retention period of 7 days is extended by the time of closure. Package will be returned directly to sender in the morning on 01/31/24...

::Unfortunately I have to revise my positive review. The last time I wanted to pick up a package, the woman behind the counter seemed overwhelmed. Customers were standing everywhere, packing up their packages, putting stickers on them... When I arrived (10 minutes later...), I was greeted with an "ID" - "Hello", "Please", "Thank you"? No chance. I've been trying to pick up a package again for three days now. The parcel delivery person didn't manage to deliver my parcel there for two days. Today he did it, I ran to the branch - and it was closed. The gentlemen who worked there before were quick, friendly, competent and courteous. I miss these qualities in the new staff.

::I was visiting Lübeck from Australia last November. I dropped by in the late afternoon to send a postcard back to my family. I had to wait a short time since the small post office was quite busy with one male staff member. The post card was easy to send, but unfortunately my family has yet to receive the postcard after 3 months.

::You have parcel of mine that was sent to a friend but due to the delay in the postage between the UK and Germany it took over 3 weeks to get to my friend and she did not receive it in time for me to get it while I was in Germany. I now need the parcel redirected to Australia which she will have the address, in addition can you let me know why the tax is 75% of the value of the items that where sent? Getting in contact directly with Deutsche Post has been fruitless and nobody response to email and nobody understand English when you call.
