::unfriendly Asian owner couple. no customer service. No adhesive tape for packages that you buy there. Make it available to the customer. always wants to be treated unkindly but with respect. EC payment only possible from 10€. As a customer you are treated like dirt there. dissatisfied owner. I have the feeling that DHL post and co. no longer take any value and sell everyone a license. This branch should be closed or the post DHL contract should be terminated so that the post office in Sandokai has more to do again and they are friendlier anyway.

::I wish I could show the dislike here not giving a star :) A rude team that does not know how to humanly critically review the situation and offer options. Ignoring and interrupting during the conversation stuff. It's good that in the end they still take up their work (because of my character for justice) and do what the client asks for after a ten-minute unnecessary conversation. (no one actually win here, it is just an unnecessary time wasting). I wish them more joy on their faces and wisdom in words and deeds! And no fear ! Cause only people who have fear of themselves can be so blocked and ignoring !

::Very friendly people in this post office. Last time I was carrying a big parcel, the owner came to open the door for me so I could enter easily. Such considerate people! Every time I am there I receive excellent service. This is the only post office I am going to visit in Hafen City!
