::The postman is constantly dropping our mail off at the neighbors or vice versa. It's probably happened more than 10 times since October last year. Then the young man always disappears into a house at Kreienredder 10 for 45-60 minutes. He also tends to forget important mail and then throws it in 30 minutes later. Impossible

::Unfortunately, very poor location management at Postbank. The branch often closes at short notice and the opening times vary depending on your mood.

::You shouldn't have any mail sent to you, it will arrive way too late or maybe even not arrive at all!!! Has nothing to do with the friend. Employees in the post office are more likely to do the distribution - if there are street names more often but the postal code is different!!! Strandweg 26!!! There are only two of them, Neustadt and Schashagen?? Guys, what's the problem??

::Actually 0 stars! Why is this post office “branch” allowed to close like that? That many employees can't get sick at the same time... We had ordered something from a packing station. But it couldn't be delivered there and was therefore sent to the "main post office?" in Neustadt. So far so good. Received a message that the delivery will be ready for pickup today from 11 a.m. Shortly after ten and then they closed at short notice?!? Huh? What's wrong with you? Well, now the delivery is left behind and has to be sent back at some point. Your methods are pretty sustainable!!! Unbelievable 🫥
