  Customer service? None! Good thing I didn't open an account there. There were questions in advance due to the implausible information about opening the account. If you think an inquiry to customer service will be answered, you're wrong. If a bank completely disappears when opening an account, then it probably doesn't need any customers. In any case, I will definitely not become a customer of this bank with poor or no customer service. You rarely see something so snooty!

  Wanted to invest money in the bank for our underage daughter. When we were supposed to sign the form for the third time and send it back to pbb, without a return envelope, mind you, I canceled it. The form should be signed back again, just because it was previously divided into two letters.

  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend PBB directly. We had a probate case there and the bank kept putting us off. The credit could not be paid out promptly. When I asked the hotline, I was always told that it would now be paid out on a specific date, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. A death is bad enough, one would hope that a bank will help. But no, you have to keep asking. Unfortunately, I am personally disappointed and can only say that other banks work much faster and save the customer additional frustration.
