  Catastrophe.... Temporarily closed self-service area......that you then stand there from 4:30 p.m. with no possibility of cash. Edit: I could understand 8 or 9 p.m., but 4:30 p.m.? While the Christmas market is ongoing, please. An imposition for every customer.

  I specifically looked on the homepage to see that the self-service area is open until 5 p.m. It closed at 4:36 p.m. I understand that the self-service areas need to be protected, but normal working people, when should they withdraw money or make deposits?! Very unfortunate

  I am very satisfied with the service offered. Always friendly and accommodating. But I understand the displeasure that is postulated here about the opening times. Unfortunately, many banks are not prepared for the new situation and are working hard all the time. I've never had any problems online.

  Wanted to make a transfer and withdraw cash today around 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the self-service area was already marked with a "temporary closure" notice, so I drove 50 km for free! An absolute disgrace! Absolutely no understanding. Who will reimburse me for my travel costs now? Thank you Deutsche Bank. It's time to temporarily change your credit institution again.
