  Worst branch ever!!! Machine regularly out of order. Employees too lazy to work send you away with a hotline number. Definitely a reason to change banks.

  Is Deutsche Bank bankrupt? Yesterday I couldn't withdraw money or make transfers because the ATMs weren't working. You could have deposited money and printed statements. This has happened many times!!!

  Under all circumstances, not even normal questions can be answered, you are immediately brushed off because they supposedly no longer understand someone on the phone and that they would answer in a very rude manner.

  Unfavorable parking situation. There are parking spaces in front of the door, but they are almost always occupied.

  Since Deutsche Bank is a very large company, you would think that the bank would be able to spend money on a stamp, unfortunately NO!! I got this as a comment when I called after 5 weeks, what to do with mine Confirmation of cancellation is! According to Mr. K.........the stamp is too expensive, it wouldn't be worth the effort! I find it disgraceful to hear this from a bank official! This person doesn't belong in a bank because I don't think he's competent for this job. He'd be better off working in a kindergarten! I really can't recommend this bank to anyone!
