  My father passed away a few months ago, which is why my mother visited the branch due to a contract change. Unfortunately, a new account was repeatedly “imposed” on her (even on the second attempt) and she was even threatened with the current account being blocked if she did not open a new account and close the old one. My parents have been customers of the bank for over 20 years and it is shocking to see that such a situation is being exploited to generate even more capital. Because of this, we also asked the service hotline. They assured us that a contract change was possible without opening a new account. A lockdown would also be out of the question. We got out of this Reason decided to close the account and switch to another bank. For my mother's sake, I will not take any further action. However, I am very shocked and angry at the same time.

  The branch itself is good once you get past the telephone assistant and the very, very long waiting queue.

  For organizational reasons, I have now changed branches. I wanted to say thank you for the years of good support from the Landau branch. The change is really just because of the distance. Thanks again

  We received very competent and detailed advice on site. Unfortunately, the employee had to correct the incorrect information from the telephone hotline. Our request was then resolved to our satisfaction at the branch.
