  After some issues that happened due to an innocent error made by one of the employees that could affect my stay in Germany, the staff all got together to assist me and race against time. I have been a costumer at DB since 2014, and till this day I have never encountered assistance by one of the employees there like the assistance provided today by Ms Cornelia Bruns. Just like we always come to write a negative review, this time she deserves to be praised. Thank you.

  All the staff here is friendly and nice ant they are always helpful, especially Mr Purz and Mrs Bruns

  I've been a costumer of this bank/branch for many years and only ever had very friendly and helpful staff. They always take their time to help and explain. This is the bank where costumer services goes above and beyond!! I recently needed help with my online banking from overseas and Cornelia Bruns was just wonderful! I am so satisfied and happy that I would never want a bank account anywhere else.

  We already had a good impression about DB bank, but after meeting Sebastian Forth it got elevated further. He was very kind and courteous in helping us in English. We look forward having long relationship with DB for sure.
