  The customer service and support I've received from this branch and in particular from Melissa Otto has always been excellent. Whenever I've had any banking issues, she's always gone above the normal support to solve the matter and followed up to make sure everything was as requested. I can highly recommend them.   My experience with the Deutsche Bank has been extremely pleasing. My especial shout out to Ms. Melissa Otto. She is kind and efficient, quick and responsive and cordial. She helped me at a time when I was in India and wasn't able to operate my account for some personal reason. I wrote an email to help me with the urgent situation. She helped me in no time, and since then she has been helping me. She is delight for customer and an asset for bank. She has humane approach for a profession which is banking. Thank you Melissa, you have made me experience with Deutsche bank a memorable one. You deserve entire universe of stars as five is inadequate. Nevertheless, my stars are there for you.
