::I stopped by this morning in order to exchange "old" 200 EUROS banknotes that are not "valid" on the Swiss side of the border. The two ladies behind the counter refused to do the exchange as I didn't have an account in the bank. I was told on the Swiss side that any bank in Germany will do the exchange. I am very disappointed with the attitude of Deutsche Bank on this matter, I drove across the border especially from Basel for changing.

I was advised by Mr. Dennis Holoubek about some investments, and he explained me clearly and with patience all the details, being honest on pros and cons of everything. ::Cannot be reached by phone - I've tried over 10 times on different days, also with "Durchwahl". It always takes you to the Deutsche Bank hotline, which doesn't work properly. The connection was cut multiple times. It's frustrating. A simple administrative task is not resolved after 7 weeks...
