The “good” experience was a lady who tried very hard to solve my problem and although she didn't manage to do it, it seemed that it really wasn't in her power because I had to move to another branch in another city, because of an attitude that had been made there. was assigned. Without them I would have given the lowest possible recession rating. A bad experience was: I misplaced my card while moving and had to withdraw money. There is no way to withdraw cash in ZW without this card. Neither at Shell, nor at Postbank or even at the main office here. I can pay with my cell phone and that’s it. Had to go to another city for it. The other took place yesterday. First working day of the month and the money in and out cross each other. I want to withdraw money (I have a card again) and realize that I cannot withdraw the full amount I want. I turn left and go to the locked door, through which I see an employee. I ask him to open it with a show of hands because his lunch break has been over for a few minutes. He then came and asked what my problem was. I told him that some of my payments had overlapped too much and that I would therefore like to cancel one of the direct debits so that I could get the urgently needed sum. He said that wasn't possible and that I would have to contact the people who collect it. I tried to explain to him that this is definitely possible and that I have been able to do it without any problems in the past. He judged himself against it and did not give in to his opinion. I told him that I would just do it over the phone and that he didn't need to bother. After waiting 2 minutes, this then took another 2 minutes.
