  We were customers of Deutsche Bank for years. And today it was just confirmed to me that it was the best decision to recently switch to another bank. Today I had a very unprofessional, unfriendly, cheeky phone call with an employee at the branch, and I understood that for legal reasons she was not allowed to give me any information, but when I had another question about the procedure (no personal or similar data). In the exact case, the employee shouted into the receiver without listening and said she couldn't give you any information and simply hung up. And that's definitely not a service. Such incidents were not uncommon in the branch in the past, which is why I advise people not to become customers there. And I recommend that the employee take a customer service course or dealing with customers course. I will do everything in my power to ensure that the superiors find out about the case, such employees are out of place.

  Cheers to the company that looks after the machines. The device was out of service outside of business hours. After 2 hours he was healed again...
