::I have booked an appointment, but when I came nobody was waiting for me. I saw closed internal door inside the building. I have waited 10 minutes and finally left as nobody opened the door and checked, if somebody came. As well I didn't get any notification by phone or via email that my appointment is cancelled. Wasting of my time. And DB doesn't care about it. It is a pity.
