  Great customer service. I had an appointment with Mrs. Grimmer to open a student account and I can only recommend her. She speaks good English, explains everything throughly and answers any questions.

  The staff are very nice and helpful. I had a good time there opening my bank account. They explained me every detail that I should know about.

  I really appreciate the way they treat their each and every customers with so much care and provide the at most support for all the service. For opening an account I have gathered alot of information from the employees and everything was explained very well. I would really suggest this bank to others as well.

  We have recently move to Germany Jena to work here and really didnt know how and where to start with our financial planning and purchases.   The employees are very welcoming and kind. I was able to open a bank account even if I don't speak German at all.
