::Went into the branch to close down my account. The lady told me it had been done and that I would receive the credit, so my money in the account into my new bank account in the next three days. One week later I go into the different branch in Kudamm to ask what is happening, he says 'my account closing is still in progress'. TWO weeks later, I STILL do not have my money nor any deustche bank cards, so go into the branch today in Leipziger Platz where the lady says 'I don't know what happened'. Finally tells me my account has been closed and then asks me to pay €25 to close the account - and doesn't offer any apologies for not having money for three weeks or a closed account, despite having to go in THREE times in total to close an account. Terrible bank, never again.

::Bad service, as an expert should teach customer what to do with patience, not to blame like the customer is an idiot. After all the customer is paying for that service, at least show some respect!
