  Poor accessibility. No matter whether by telephone or on site. Then I'll go somewhere else. A financial advisor probably, and apparently, works differently than a real bank employee. That's my idea about it. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the feeling I get. Another deterioration of a bank. Addendum: Not open on Fridays. Definitely not. Update: The ATMs are often empty. As is the case today.

  Was just in this branch for the third time in a very short time...all the machines were out of order. Every time I met other customers there, they also had to stand in front of defective machines several times! Then I quickly drive to Sereetz to the Deutsche Bank to read the same message on the screens... and again!! Thank you, this is fun! Keep it up!!

  Catastrophic!!! None of the 3 ATMs were used to withdraw money!!! Otherwise I'm really happy but this really ruined my Sunday! Since you can't answer, please look at 2 entries below, this one is from 2 months ago and there was also the problem with the ATMs!

  Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to write something, otherwise I would be at -10. If you're lucky, one of the three ATMs will work. This month only one went again. And now no one is leaving. The car offices don't feel like they're being repaired either. I'm surprised that you still get bank statements and the paper isn't all gone. Since the Fiale only has its wealth advisors there, the business has gone down the drain. You can stand there at any time, someone will always get upset here. The savings bank will be happy about growth.
