And if you (accidentally) pick up the phone, you can hear voices in the background, but no one is talking to you. On the contrary: If you say “hello” or something like that, they simply hang up. There is also no response to emails. That is not how it works!

Just wait. An old and bad ATM in Derkow. I don't advise anyone to open an account with this German bank and I regret it very much. I need to open an account here. Because the services are (zero), the support is (zero), the dealings with customers are (zero) even below (zero), and they don't deserve a single star. When I get my money I will leave this bad bank
