::Bad service. I wanted to open an account. 9 a.m. in the morning, no one in the branch but now nothing would work. Only by appointment... Unbelievable behavior from a branch bank these days!!!

::After several years at Deutsche Bank, I decided to leave the bank. Since cash deposits are not possible at the counter, I deposited my cash at the ATM. The machine displayed an error, the technician explained to me that there was a defect and I was the first customer to use the defective machine. After I complained 3 days later about where my money had gone, I ended up with the consultant Fr.Schäf.. who gave me... shamelessly constantly went back on my word and subliminally wanted to accuse me of cheating. Apparently the machine only collects if they are counterfeits, which wasn't true because the technician assured me that the machine was defective. I wanted to speak to the branch manager, but the lady rolled her eyes and dismissed me. After I wanted to speak to the representative, she said she had an appointment. After several insistences on receiving the card from management, I was given the business card and was laughed at. How you can afford something these days and that in a renowned bank DB is incomprehensible and unacceptable.
