  I made an appointment and was offered Saturday. Then stood in front of a closed branch. As if the opening times weren't miserable enough for people who go to work, the staff is rude and not even able to make proper appointments. Only bad experience with this bank, so I will switch as soon as possible, there are enough banks that are free, the staff are more polite and the opening times are more reasonable. No wonder why this bank is going under.
