::Because of a gift of money in coin form, I asked for a coin payer. I was told not to collect it because it would be so expensive. Instead of offering help, I was reprimanded. And as a newcomer, you will be treated with a derogatory remark. It's a shame that you deal with customers that way.

::The most basic services of a bank are no longer offered here. It is not possible to collect hard money or to deposit hard money. There is no cash register at all. Today the deposit machine (for paper money) is broken and there is no possibility of a normal deposit.
