  Unlike other reviewers here, I mainly have positive things to say about my interaction with this bank and with this branch in particular. They have an English version website which I found very useful. Money transfers, and saving accounts are easy to do independently via the website or mobile app. For other more complex things, like pension plans and mortgages, I've scheduled a meeting and was greeted politely and patiently over a nice cup of coffee and got all information I needed.

  Tolle Filiale! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich wirklich toll um die Bedürfnisse . Ist nicht überall so . Daumen hoch und weiter so.

  Great service so far! Very friendly and supportive staff. They can even help you find your missing wallet if you keep their business cards in your it ;-)

  Die Deutsche Bank am Alexanderplatz präsentiert sich mit einer großen und modernen Filiale. Wie es scheint gibt es ein großes Kundenaufkommen, der Automatenbereich ist immer gut besucht. Was mich zu der 5-Sterne-Bewertung bewegt ist die wirklich tolle Beratung. Ich hatte im letzten Jahr zwei Beratungstermine bei jeweils unterschiedlichen Bankmitarbeitern. Beide Gespräche waren sehr hilfreich für mich und ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, man will mir nur was verkaufen.
