  Outstanding impeccable service, top notch product, quick delivery, very good price. I can highly recommend this place, would buy from them again anytime. Bought a new Herman Miller Aeron Remastered chair in February 2018 (Remastered = 2017 version). I chose the model with every possible upgrade. DesignCabinet price was a 30% saving compared to the danish Herman Miller dealer (Interstudio). I did extensive research, as this is quite an expensive product. There are comparable savings to be found online, but I did not find any other place that could match on either delivery time, chair upgrades, or tax exemption. Also, when buying a chair this expensive I preferred to get it through a certified Herman Miller dealer. The absolutely amazing customer service I could not have predicted! For this reason alone I would choose DesignCabinet over anyone else. Most stores had 6-12 weeks delivery time, the chair from German DesignCabinet arrived at my Denmark address 5 days later. After receiving the chair, I wasn't quite happy with the graphite color arm pads I had ordered, so I asked if I could exchange / buy a set in black. They sent them to me with no delivery charge. Amazing. They also quickly verified my business id number and could charge me without taxes. Quick reply both by email and phone, as well as extremely pleasant staff. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my interaction with DesignCabinet. A sincere pleasure.
