::Outside hui, in detail ugh ... at first glance, our room was, yes, apartment is certainly a flexible term, nicely done ... if you look into the corners, you quickly notice how carelessly people work here. - The bottom of the mattress topper looked as if someone had been butchered on it, they said that the traces came from an earlier fire ... the idea of replacing this totally dirty mattress apparently never occurred. - The cleanliness was generally only medium, the closet was totally dusty inside and the decorative picture frames e.g. Nobody has cleaned the bathroom for a long time. - The existing armchair had a loose leg, which can be quite dangerous if a child climbs on the armchair - Otherwise there were corners here and there where the tiled rubbing strake was broken or open drill holes were prominently emblazoned on the wall in the bathroom. As I said, rather loveless the whole thing. We would look elsewhere on our next visit to Potsdam.

::We had chosen and booked a really nice room. We were then casually informed on site that this was overbooked and that we would be given another room. It was not felt to be necessary to inform us beforehand as the address had not changed. For us incomprehensible, since the rooms are all individual and for us only the booked one was in question. Also only on request it became clear that the room was cheaper and only then did you agree to reimburse the difference. Beyond that, however, they were not prepared to grant any kind of reparation. That being said, there were a few minor things like an incredibly small tub and shower with a headbump and flood protection. An unmanned reception and no alternative to handing over the keys. Food smell from the restaurant in the same house ... Otherwise we had a great time in Potsdam, which we could enjoy despite the accommodation.

::A great apartment with great and individual design. In the middle of the city and still very quiet. You can also use common beautiful rooms and feels just fine.

::Nice hotel with comfy apartments which really feel like a normal apartment and not a hotel. Also nice idea to put the guests names next to the door, so it really looks and feels like an apartment. Also the service at the reception was very friendly and the location is great. What I didn't like was the extremely complicated light switches in all rooms. We couldn't figure out how they work correctly till the end. Also I prefer to have shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel, which won't be provided here. The two extra beds which we had were also kind of too hard. I wanted to give 4 Stars but the very positive experience with the reception lady needs to be honored after we had some problems with the invoice and she was also nice enough to take a picture of our group. So room for improvement but a nice stay. :)

::THE PLACE TO BE IN POTSDAM ! I was here many years ago and for some coincident returned again. Quality is consistent. Only friendly, very helpful staff, always accommodating, giving great local tips. Great value for money, very good location. What more to say ? :)
