  I would never again go somewhere else. Professor Steinkraus truly is amazing.He cured my acne within weeks and I can never thank him enough.Im a patient here for several years now. I try to have a cosmetic treatment at least once a month. The ladies in cosmetics are very gentle and do great work. I feel pretty relaxed after,its almost like having a little spa treatment and of course my skin looks amazing after as well. 5 star place!

  Overall a very good experience ! Four months ago I went to this place in the hope getting rid of my widespread acne under my jaw. In my first appointment the doctor told me to start take pills and three other creams which should be lubricated on the with acne afflicted area for initially one month . After doing so, I noticed improvements. My acne stopped to spread! So I went to my second appointment to obtain his opinion on if there were any improvements to see and he agreed that there defenetly was a improvement in comparisson to the last time! Therefore, in the hope of getting to see more developement in eradicating my acne, I did this for another three months and after that my acne was almost completely gone! So for the next two months, I will continue to take my pills and grease the "infected" area with the creams in order of getting fully rid of the rest! All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for everyone, especially if you have the same problem like me, becuase they really listen to you attentively and overall seem to have good knowledge in their field, when it comes to suggesting the most effective and moreover the medications that don't accompany with much side effects!

  My consultation with Prof. Reich was very positive. I found him intuitively intelligent, with impeccable bedside manners. All my questions were answered with expertise, and he proposed a definite plan of action to improve my situation. It also helped that Prof. Reich and his assistant were fluent in English, and willing to switch to that language, a real plus for international patients who may not feel comfortable discussing medical issues in German. As a whole, Dermatologikum Hamburg can definitely keep pace with the best and toniest dermatology groups in the USA. However, the appointment staff needs to improve; an email requesting an appointment was left unanswered for 48 hours and my call to follow-up on the lack of response was rather unpleasant and unprofessional. In spite of that, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

  Called to get some information about specific laser treatments, lazy receptionist at the laser centre picks up and every question about the price,when to start, how many treatments,etc. is answered with "You should talk with the doctor about that", I already know a lot about the lasers, and you can't even tell me an approximate price?? She did inform me that she can make an appointment for me and that I have to pay for that (it's a private clinic, I am not dumb,thank you) but also nothing about the cost of a visit.Very rude and useless. Will look for other places that offer the lutronic infini laser and CO2 lumenis laser, shame though, want to do a whole series of treatments on face and stretchmarks, this is a turnoff for me and a loss of potential money for the clinic.

  Excellent! Professional, courteous, highly recommended. Top facilities, friendly, and really concerned to diagnose, and solve, and make sure one leaves satisfied. Very knowledgeable, honest, ethical...and never rushing you through. You feel that your issues are very important to them.
