  Incredible.... Dirty, dust mice felt very comfortable there. There are probably no mosquitoes because every 2 meters there is a spider web including a spider hanging on the ceiling... Doctor extremely unfriendly. Once and never again!

  If I could, I would give the senior doctor negative points. I've never encountered anything so unfriendly. But I can only praise the sisters. Despite the stress they have, they were very friendly.

  Our mother is at Stadium 24 (DER3) - March 2023 - There she (82 years old) was moved to a new room in 3 days and on the 4th day at 10 a.m. she was placed in the hallway to be discharged where she was then served lunch and She let her siren for about 4 hours to tell her that the doctors had changed their minds and that she wouldn't be discharged until the next day. The nurses and carers are out here; they can't do anything about it. The stadium and medical management should carefully reconsider their actions and their understanding of the well-being of the players. Never go to this clinic again! 3 beds in 5 nights with suitcase squatting for over 4 hours for a sick 82 year old - congratulations! 👍🙋🏼‍♂️

  If I could, there would be minus points. Last Friday I had an odyssey with my 82 year old mother until she was finally admitted. Parking situation catastrophic. When we were admitted to the hospital we had to listen to the worst, racist chatter. Today my mother is informed that she will be discharged, although the biopsy results are not yet available. At 9.30 a.m. she had to get out of bed and was put in the hallway. She should still wait for a doctor's note. Suddenly it says she's not coming home yet. The result has to be available. The woman has been sitting on packed bags in the hallway for 3.5 hours now. I called to say that it wasn't possible and was told that we would continue to look after her. So when this is what care/supply looks like, you have no words left. My mother is physically and mentally exhausted. One thing is definitely clear, NEVER AGAIN ERFURT HELIOS KLINIKUM... I hope I get a competent answer.

  I was in the clinic for 2 days and would like to praise the staff for their friendliness. This has become a rarity, especially in the stress of everyday life, but no matter the nurse, nurse or doctor. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Thank you for that
