::Today we came to the open consultation. We were sent to the orthodontist and the elderly lady at the counter, on level 7, was very unprofessional and rude. My child had to register there for a consultation. The woman who doesn't seem to like her job just threw a card in front of my nose with a phone number and said I have to call. She was so unprofessional that she wouldn't even accept my child's first login details. Only when I asked her what with the documents did she quickly accept it.
